Dr Gregor on Chia Seeds and Belly Fat


Dr Gregor talks about the effect of chia seeds on belly fat. According to studies that he cites, chia seeds reduce belly fat when they are ground, not regular. I imagine one reason for this is that chia seeds as is are not as appetizing, but if you ground them, you can make them into a bread. I am not sure how they utilized the ground chia seed, but if something is more appetizing, it can be more satisfying, and that might explain why the regular chia seeds did not help lose belly fat.
