Blueberry Flourless Cake

Here is blueberry cake I made with almond-chia butter along with some pumpkin seeds. I actually made nut-seed butter out chia and almond, but you could make it with just grinding the dry roasting the ingredients. This cake is good for those who are gluten-free as well as low-carb. 1) 1 cup ground chia seeds (dry-roasted)

2) 1 cup ground almonds (dry-roasted)

3) 1/2 cup ground pumpkin seeds 3) 3 cups of water

4) 1/2 cup monk fruit

5) 1 Tbsp ginger

6) 1 cup blueberries


Mix the ingredients together, preheat in the oven for 10 minutes, then bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
