Pumpkin-squash Latte
Here is a nice beverage you can drink hot or cold. If you drink it hot, you may want to add more water so it isn't too think. Just blend all ingredients in a blender.
1) 1 can pumpkin
2) 2 squashes or equivalent of butternut squash
3) 1/2 cup monkfruit or stevia
4) 1 avocado
5) 1 Tbsp cinammon
6) 3 cups water
7) 1Tbsp turmeric powder
8) 1 cubic inch ginger
Blend and enjoy.
